Please arrive early (15-30 minutes) to allow yourself enough time to prepare for your Spa Experience. If you are late for your appointment, your spa time may be shortened in order for us to remain on schedule. 

Enjoy our complimentary snacks and beverages while you prepare for your relaxation experience.

A credit card may be needed to reserve your appointment. This card wil not be charged until services are rendered, unless we need to enforce the cancellation policy.

Gratuities are not included in prices.  You may wish to leave your therapist compensation to reward them for their excellent service (5%-20% is customary). A 15% gratuity will be added to groups of 4 or more.

We want you to have a comfortable experience at New Image, and your modesty and privacy will always be respected.  Please know that wearing undergarments is your choice.  You may also choose to wear a bathing suit or shorts under your robe.

Please remove all jewelry prior to your visit at the spa.  We cannot be responsible for damaged, lost or misplaced jewelry or articles.  However, A safe may be requested for valuables.

Please leave children at home, unless they have an appointment.

All appointments will  be secured with a credit card, gift card number or pre-payment.

Please give at least 4 hours notice, preferably 24 hours, to cancel or  re-schedule your appointment.  No shows or late cancellations will be billed for half the amount of services reserved or a minimum of $30 per service. 

If you have a request for a particular Spa Therapist, please mention it when scheduling.

New Image is wheelchair accessible for most treatments.  If you need assistance, please notify staff when scheduling your appointment.

We are open from 9am to 9pm, Monday through Thursday. 9 am to 6 pm, Friday -Saturday, extended hours are available by request.  We will gladly schedule the spa for groups.  Please ask the Spa Director for more information.  Holiday and Sunday After Hours apointments may be available by request and include a $35 after hours/holiday fee per person, per service.
